Kalimera ergonomic pillow
For easier mornings
Kalimera is Greek for “good morning”. It’s the reason the pillow exists: to help you wake rested and relaxed, without the tension and stiffness that a poor pillow can leave behind.
- Symmetrical double support – works the same on your side or your back, so you don’t need to flip it in the night.
- High-density memory foam – shapes itself to your head and neck and spreads the weight evenly.
- Shoulder cut-outs – room for your shoulders to settle while your neck stays in a natural position.
- CertiPUR-US® certified foam – low emissions, with a breathable, removable, washable cover.
Why it’s shaped like this
A symmetrical butterfly shape with shoulder cut-outs and a neck contour, built on ergonomic principles to keep the neck and spine in a natural line through the night.
Supports you both ways
Most contour pillows only work in one direction. Kalimera supports you equally whether you sleep on your side or your back.
Foam that remembers you
High-density memory foam adapts to the shape of your neck and head, distributing weight evenly and easing pressure points.
Room for your shoulders
The shaped cut-outs let your shoulders relax instead of pushing your neck out of line.
Safe, certified materials
CertiPUR-US® certified foam with low emissions and no heavy metals. A breathable cover that comes off to wash.
For every sleeping position
Suits side, back and front sleepers, and people who change position often during the night.
Give it a few nights
Memory foam adjusts gradually. Most people feel settled within 3–7 nights and fully comfortable within 1–2 weeks.
Signs your current pillow may not suit you
If a few of these sound familiar, your pillow may not be giving your neck and shoulders the support they need.

Using & caring for it
How to use
Place the pillow so the higher part of the contour supports your neck and your head rests in the central hollow. On your side, the shoulder cut-outs should face your shoulders so they can relax.
Settling in
Most people notice a difference within 3–7 nights. Your neck muscles may need a few days to adjust to the new position – that’s normal.
Cover
Remove and wash at 30–40 °C on a gentle cycle. Don’t tumble dry – let it air dry. Don’t iron directly onto the foam.
Pillow
Air it once or twice a month in a dry, open space. Don’t wash the memory foam – it loses its properties when wet.
Storage
Keep in a dry, well-ventilated place below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight.
