Hypnozan is a plant-based food supplement, so in most cases it is safe even if you have a chronic condition or take medication. Please be especially careful and consult your doctor if you:

• Take antidepressants or other medicines acting on the central nervous system.
• Take blood-thinning medication such as warfarin – motherwort may strengthen its effect.
• Have a heart rhythm disorder or take medication regulating heart function.
• Take medication for high blood pressure.
• Are preparing for surgery – stop use at least 2 weeks before.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypnozan is not suitable for children; Hypnozan Magnesium is for adults and children aged 15 and over.
• Are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Generally yes. If you take prescription medication – particularly sedatives, antidepressants, blood thinners or blood-pressure medication – please speak to your GP first. The same applies if you already take melatonin or another sleep aid. We also recommend not taking other supplements containing magnesium while you're on the 8H Program.

Delivery is always free on UK orders – no minimum spend. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery; orders after 1pm go out the next working day. You get tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
