  1. How do I check the status of my order?

When we prepare your order, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the courier's website.

 

  1. Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

If your return fulfils the requirements (according to our return policy), we will create a free return label and provide it to you.

Once we have received the returned items, we will arrange the refund via your original payment method.

 

  1. When and how do I get my money back?

Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification by email. This may take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.
