8. Subscription Policy

•     Subscription orders are delivered on a recurring basis at the interval selected at checkout. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date.

•     You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

•     To ensure your request applies to your next delivery, please cancel, pause, or skip at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Requests received after an order has entered processing will take effect from the following delivery.

•     The 30-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 7) applies only to a new customer’s first order and only within 30 days of that order. It does not apply to subsequent subscription shipments. Once your second subscription shipment has been prepared for dispatch, the guarantee no longer applies to your subscription.

•     Subsequent subscription shipments remain covered by our standard 30-Day Return Policy (Section 6). This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
