When the 30-Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee is active, you will see clear information displayed on the Checkout Page next to the Order Now button. If you do not see this information during checkout, the guarantee is not currently available.
How to Know if the Guarantee is Available:
1. Applies Only to the First Purchase:
- This guarantee is valid only for your first order with us.
- If you purchase more than one unit of the product in the first order, the guarantee applies to one item only that can be opened and tested.
2. How the Guarantee Works When Multiple Items Are Ordered:
- If you order multiple units of Hypnozan during your first purchase, the guarantee allows you to open and try only one unit with a no-questions-asked refund.
- The remaining units in your order must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition in order to receive a refund for them as well.
This means:
If you bought 3 packs:
- One pack can be opened and tried under the guarantee.
- The other 2 packs must be sealed and in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.
- If the additional units are opened or damaged, the refund will not be processed for those items.
3. Hassle-Free Refund for the First Item:
- If you are not satisfied with the first product, you can request a refund without any questions asked.
- Simply contact us by email at info@hypnozan.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase.
- You do not need to explain the reason for the return – we respect your choice.
The refund for the first item is processed within 3 business days after we receive it.
4. Refund Process for Additional Items:
- For any additional units that were purchased with the first order, the refund will only be processed if they are returned in unopened, original condition.
- If everything is compliant, we will process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the items.
5. Preventing Fraud:
- This policy is designed to prevent fraudulent activity, ensuring fair use of the guarantee.
- Bulk orders or multiple products in the first purchase are only partially covered—only one product is fully refundable without questions.
- Other units are refundable only if unopened and undamaged.
