Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order with us within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation Period:

  • The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
  • If your order consists of multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins once you receive the final shipment.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel:

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Product name
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Return of Goods:

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
  • The items should be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition, unless the goods are faulty.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • The refund will include the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost.
  • Additional delivery upgrades (e.g., express shipping) are not refundable.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel:

The right to cancel does not apply to the following:

  • Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery.
  • Products that have been custom-made or personalized for you.
  • Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
  • Digital products after they have been downloaded or accessed.

Refund Process:

  • Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Exchange Option:

  • If you would like to exchange the product instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team.
  • Exchanges are processed as soon as the returned product is received.
